With so many changes at TA and at Intuit, we want to remind you of the following items. To begin, if you have not done so yet, PLEASE change your QB desktop passwords to Richmond1 or Richmond2. Note, and this is an important note, that in certain instances when you change the secondary users, such as bookkeeper, to Richmond1, you will be prompted at the next sign in to change it again. Consider changing it the first time to Password1, sign out, and then change it to Richmond1. Richmond2 should only be used if QB does not allow you to use Richmond1. Ensure you let Admin know that it has been changed.
